Available to employer groups and individuals, the exchange off ers a wide range of health insurance choices and ancillary products from carriers like Aetna, Humana, Cigna, UnitedHealthOne, MetLife and Guardian. Individual marketplace open enrollment is fast approaching. If you're considering creating a private exchange for your employ- ees, now is the time to inquire. Here are three reasons to get your insurance through the FMA Health Insurance Exchange: 1. Easy comparison. All plans and pricing are all in one place, so it's simple to compare benefi ts and pricing to decide on the best plan that fi ts your needs. 2. Decision support. Choosing a health plan can be challeng- ing and time-consuming. Interactive decision support tools and live chat can guide you through the process. Licensed benefi t counselors are just a phone call away, and they can answer your questions during open enrollment or anytime throughout the year. 3. Create your own private exchange for employees.
